At this stage in the course of an in-depth interview a practicing expert presents details of data and answers received upon professional testing, defines correspondence between candidate’s theoretical knowledge and practical skills, evaluates candidate’s capabilities to apply knowledge in various working situations.

HR interview

During HR-interview which is held in a form of a business talk we select the strongest and most motivated candidates. Golden Share recruiters apply international methods of recruitment/STAR-method, case method and others/ which help to identify candidate’s model of behavioral response, mode of thinking and motivations.

INTERVIEW BETWEEN CLIENT AND SELECTED CANDIDATES

Following all the selection stages, we provide a customer with the best candidates. We hand over a set of documents filed upon all the selection stages as per each candidate: a professional portrait of a jobseeker, a detailed CV with comments from Golden Share specialists.

PLACEMENT

When your organization makes its choice of the new employee we manage the official offer or placement process on your behalf.
