IIn order to bring top-ranked specialists to the customer’s team, Golden Share recruiters constantly maintain their own updated database of potential jobseekers and launch professional ad campaigns for each needed position.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TESTING
The testing system, specially designed by Golden Share recruiters and field specialists and adapted to each individual vacancy, is continually refreshed and updated. A two-hour written test consisting of theoretical and practical questions is conducted at Golden Share office in the presence of HR-specialists.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS INTERVIEW
At this stage, an in-depth interview takes place where a practicing expert presents details of data and answers from the candidate’s professional skills test, assesses candidate’s theoretical knowledge in conjunction with their practical skills, evaluates candidate’s ability to apply knowledge in various working situations.
During the HR-interview, which is held in the format of an informal discussion, we select the strongest and most motivated candidates. Golden Share recruiters apply international methods of recruitment/STAR-method, case method and others/which help to identify candidate’s model of behavioral response, mode of thinking and motivation.
ACQUAINTING CLIENTS WITH SELECTED CANDIDATES
When the selection stage is complete, we provide our customers with a set of documents outlining the details and specifications of the top candidates selected. These documents comprise a professional portrait of each applicant, including a detailed CV with comments and assessments from Golden Share recruitment specialists.
